We can’t wait to welcome you to our trampoline park in Sandhill. Before you come to visit us, we do ask that all jumpers and spectators sign a waiver before coming to play at Flight. For your convenience, we’ve posted the waiver here on our website. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. *Minors under the age of 13 should be accompanied by a responsible adult while at the facility. We can't wait to host your next adventure!

  • Always one attempted basket or dunk per turn.

DO NOT

  • Do not land on your head or neck.
  • Do not double bounce or affect another Guest’s bounce in any way.
  • Do not attempt anything beyond your personal limitations, ability or skill level.
  • Do not perform flips on AirSlam.
  • Do not hang on the rim.
  • Do not bounce off the back wall or netting.
  • Do not touch any part of the basketball backboard or netting.
  • Do not kick or throw the ball.
  • Do not throw balls at another Guest’s head or neck area.
  • Do not lose control of the basketball.
  • Do not enter another lane.
  • Do not jump or enter the court if a Team Member is not present.

PLAY RESPONSIBLY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK 

ALWAYS

  • Always participate at your own risk. Tricks, stunts, flips, inverts, twists, or summersaults and other tricks can be dangerous.
  • Always remove street shoes and wear park-approved grip socks.
  • Always empty your pockets entirely before entering the court. No sharp or unauthorized objects are allowed on court. Remove all jewelry including earrings, necklaces, and rings. No belt buckles, keys, or key chains.
  • Always wear appropriate clothing.  Clothes must be free of hanging zippers, straps, belts, strings, and jewelry.
  • Always walk on and off the courts.
  • Always be in control of your body at all times. Aggressive behavior is not allowed at any time.
  • Always watch for cross-traffic and avoid contact with other Guests.
  • Always master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving onto more advanced skills, such as aerial or flipping type skills.
  • Always land on two feet, slightly apart. Bend your knees to stop your bounce.
  • Always bounce on the center of the trampoline.
  • Always land on the closest trampoline when bouncing and flipping off trampoline side walls.
  • Always be aware of those around you and jump with Guest’s that are of similar age/size.
  • Always plan your landings, jump within your ability and be aware of the surface you are landing on.
  • Always maintain adequate physical distance between yourself and other Guests.
  • Always follow all park rules and Team Member instructions.

DO NOT

  • Do not land on your head or neck.
  • Do not try dangerous tricks or maneuvers.
  • Do not dive headfirst or attempt gainers.
  • Do not attempt advanced tricks, stunts, flips, inverts, twists, or summersaults without sufficient skill, formal training and experience.
  • Do not do more than two single flips in a row, double, triple, or quadruple flip.
  • Do not attempt anything beyond your personal limitations, ability, or skill level.
  • Do not perform tricks, stunts, flips, twists, inverts or summersaults over frame pads.
  • Do not double bounce or affect another Guest’s bounce in anyway.
  • Do not land on frame pads or jump from trampolines to decking.
  • Do not have anything in your mouth while jumping (gum, candy, food, drink, etc.).
  • Do not run or race across the trampoline courts.
  • Do not push, tackle, fight, rough play, interfere with another Guest, or be overly aggressive.
  • Do not touch or climb on any perimeter walls, netting or top pads.
  • Do not climb or sit on top of angled trampolines.
  • Do not sit or lie down. If you are tired or fatigued, you must stop participating and exit the trampoline court.
  • Do not throw balls, toys, or objects at another Guest’s head or neck area.
  • Do not jump or enter the court if a Team Member is not present.

  • Always perform flips and tricks AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • Always one guest per lane and stay in designated lanes.
  • Always land feet first and knees apart.
  • Always be in control of your body at all times.

  • Do not land on your face, stomach, head, or neck.
  • Do not dive, pencil dive, or belly flop.
  • Do not attempt anything beyond your ability or skill level.
  • Do not jump into the Foam Pit until the landing area is completely clear.
  • Do not jump on the curved end of a trampoline bed.
  • Do not double flip, triple flip, quadruple flip, backflip, or do forward moving back flips (gainers).
  • Do not jump if a Team Member is not present.

  • Please show common courtesy to fellow Guests and our Team Members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, disrespectful, or offensive behavior, jumping lines or saving places in lines for others.
  • Guests are required to follow all park rules along with the rules posted at each attraction.
  • We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person that we consider is engaged in inappropriate behavior or behavior that could detract from the experience of other Guests.

ATTIRE

  • Proper attire must be worn at all times.
  • We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests.

GUEST INFORMATION

Everyone that enters a court, activity, attraction or designated area must have completed and signed a valid waiver. Guests/Participants that are under 18 must have it completed and signed by their parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney. Please take your time to carefully read the entire waiver.  Participants without a valid waiver are trespassers and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by law.  Please ask one of our Managers if there is anything you do not understand.

Prior to participating, all guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility to ensure the following:

  • Everyone’s waivers are properly executed.
  • Everyone has viewed and understands the rules video.
  • Everyone has read and understands the rules, activity and attractions signs posted.
  • Everyone completely understands and agrees to follow all rules and Team Member instructions.
  • Everyone has valid jump or activity time before entering any trampoline court, activity or attraction.
  • Everyone is in good health without restrictions and not experiencing symptoms of an infectious disease.
  • Everyone’s personal items such as eye wear, hearing aids, braces, prosthetic devices, watches, phones, cameras, are secure, impact resistant and suitable for use in a demanding sports environment.
  • Everyone has stretched and warmed up prior to participating.
  • Everyone is aware of those around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others.
  • Participants are wearing park approved grip socks.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Serious injury, paralysis or death can occur even if all rules are followed.
  • Activities and dodgeball games may involve individuals of different sizes, ages, and abilities. Play responsibly and at your own risk.
  • Always participate within your abilities and be aware of your surroundings at all times.
  • Guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility for their actions and conduct.
  • Guests and accompanying adults must stop participating and rest If anyone becomes short of breath, tired, or fatigued.
  • Guests and accompanying adults must follow all park rules and directions given by Team Members at all times.
  • Guests and accompanying adults must follow all posted weight, height and/or age restrictions.
  • Guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility to ensure that personal property including cameras and cell phones are not lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Team Members reserve the right to relocate guests and accompanying adults to a different court, activity or area at any time.
  • Non compliance to rules or Team Member instructions may result in the loss of access privileges.
  • No guns, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are allowed on premises.

  • Always be in control of your body at all times.

  • Do not hang upside down, or climb outside of the attraction.
  • Do not climb slides, run up slides, or have 2 or more people sliding together.
  • Do not slide head first, or jump from the top of slides.
  • Do not attempt flips or aerial maneuvers.
  • Do not make contact with nets, other guests, or staff.
  • Do not run, push, tackle or engage in horseplay of any kind.
  • Do not throw balls, toys or objects.
  • Do not attempt anything beyond your personal limitations, ability, or skill level.

GAME RULES

  • Each team begins the game with an even amount of balls & players.
  • Two teams start on opposite back walls.
  • Play begins when a Team Member signals to start.
  • To eliminate a player, you must hit the player with a ball or catch a ball the player has thrown.
  • First team to completely eliminate the opposing team’s players wins.
  • NO head shots or any unsportsmanlike conduct – THIS IS AN INSTANT OUT and YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO EJECTION FROM THE PARK for rules violations.
  • If you are hit – YOU ARE OUT
  • If a ball you throw is caught – YOU ARE OUT
  • If you cross the center line – YOU ARE OUT
  • If the Team Member calls you out – YOU ARE OUT
  • Once a ball hits a non-human object, IT IS DEAD
  • Always exit the court when you are out
  • Do not kick or throw a ball once you are out.
  • You may deflect a ball coming towards you by using a ball in your hands.
  • Once you are out, you may return to the line and wait for the next game.
  • Players are allowed to retrieve a ball from the line dividing each side.
  • No suicide or kamikaze throws.
  • Do not throw a ball past the dividing court line.
  • Do not dive for the ball.
  • Do not kick the dodgeball.
  • If a teammate catches an opposing player’s throw, one teammate who has been out the longest may return to the game.
  • A player hit in the head while ducking or dodging is out.
  • You may block a throw with a ball you are holding, however, you are still out if:
  • The hit causes you to drop the ball.
  • The ball deflects off the ball you are holding and still hits you.
  • Your teammate blocks a hit, but it deflects off your teammate’s ball and hits you.
  • Tournament and league play are subject to rule changes.
  • Once a player is hit, they must exit the court.
  • Do not throw or kick the ball if you are out of play.
  • Each game has a time limit.

WARNING

  • Specialty lighting and special effects may reduce your ability to judge your position for proper landing. Use extreme caution when participating anytime specialty lighting and special effects are in use.
  • Strobes and flashing lights may adversely affect people that are prone to seizures.
  • Use extreme caution walking on floors, steps, ramps, platforms, and pads at all times.
  • A current waiver is required for all persons entering the park during Specialty Lighting events.

SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Display good sportsmanship. Always respect players, coaches and officials.
  2. Act appropriately; do not taunt or disturb other fans; enjoy the game together.
  3. Cheer good plays of all participants; avoid booing opponent.
  4. Cheer in a positive manner and encourage fair play; profanity and objectionable cheers or gestures are offensive.
  5. Help provide a safe and fun environment; throwing any items on the ice surface can cause injury to players and officials.
  6. Do not lean over or pound on the glass; the glass surrounding the ice surface is part of the playing area.
  7. Support the referees and coaches by trusting their judgment and integrity.
  8. Be responsible for your own safety – be alert to prevent accidents from flying pucks and other avoidable situations.
  9. Respect locker rooms as private areas for players, coaches and officials.
  10. Be supportive after the game—win or lose. Recognize good effort, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The game will be stopped by game officials when parents/spectators displaying inappropriate and disruptive behavior interfere with other spectators or the game. The game officials will identify violators to the coaches for the purpose of removing parents/spectators from the spectator’s viewing and game area. Once removed, play will resume. Lost time will not be replaced and violators may be subject to further disciplinary action by the local governing body. This inappropriate and disruptive behavior shall include:

1) Use of obscene or vulgar language in a boisterous manner to anyone at any time.

2) Taunting of players, coaches, officials or other spectators by means of baiting, ridiculing, threat of physical violence or physical violence.

3) Throwing of any object in the spectators viewing area, player’s bench, penalty box or on ice surface, directed in any manner as to create a safety hazard.
