Every Tuesday from 4pm-8pm, you can enjoy our park activities at an unbelievably affordable price of JUST $40 for 60 minutes of jump time! That’s right, you read it correctly – same fun at a fraction of the price! Bring up to 4 people for that price, and up to 8 people living in the same household! And the more, the merrier, right? Want to bring more people? No problem! Each additional person is JUST $5 (max 8 persons per transaction), so the whole family can join in on the fun!

Flight Fit

Welcome to one of the most anticipated trampoline park programs in Springfield! If you’re serious about fun and fitness, you’ll love Flight Fit. It combines the athletic power of High Intensity Interval Training (taught by licensed group fitness instructors) with the fun and freedom of trampolines. 

You know how important cardio is for your heart, lungs, and overall health. You don’t have to go to the gym to get a good workout. These trampolines will provide plenty of exercise to make you feel energized. Plus, they are lower impact than working out on a concrete floor. As always, check with your doctor to make sure you’re a good candidate for trampoline cardio or any of the trampoline activities in Springfield. VA at Flight.

During Flight Fit, you’ll use trampolines and exclusive equipment for an amazing cardio experience, strength training, and a full body workout. It’s possible to burn up to 500 calories per hour while running, jumping, pushing, and pulling your way through our EPIC adventure park! It’s no wonder Flight Fit has become one of the most popular Springfield trampoline park programs of all time. 

Come and see us every Saturday morning at 8am for a heart-pumping time! Don’t worry about pre-booking—all Flight Fit passes are purchased in-person at our park.

Fly for a Cause and host a fundraiser at Flight! Whether it’s a special night at our park or selling jump tickets to benefit your group or organization, we make the fundraising process easy and work with you to help your organization meet the goal!

Homeschool Discount

Calling all homeschool families! Are you looking for dedicated trampoline park programs in Springfield? Here at Flight, we think homeschool is super cool. It’s why we are thrilled to introduce our Home School Flight® discount. This program is offered to all members of our Home School community, and is available every Monday through Thursday from 11am to 3pm, with the last jump time running from 2pm to 3pm.

Each jumper will receive a discounted rate of JUST $14 per hour or $25 for 120 minutes. Burn off that excess energy after working hard all day or give a ticket to Flight as a reward for work that’s well-done. It’s a great way to end your school day or week with your kids with your favorite trampoline activities in Springfield, VA.
