Friday & Saturday nights from 7pm to 9pm, all ages welcome! We’ll pump up the music and turn off the lights, you’ll glow under the black-lights!

Toddler Takeoff
A special time exclusively for jumpers age 4 and under! One unpaid parent, guardian, or responsible adult per paying child is permitted to gently interact and assist the child/children in their care. The assisting person MUST have a waiver on file.
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday - 11am – 12pm (price for dedicated hour) $12
Flight Fit
Flight Fit is a total body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout! We use trampolines for an amazing cardio experience and use equipment, both on and off the trampolines, to add in strength training for a full body workout. Burn up to 500 calories per hour while you run, jump, push, and pull your way through the trampoline park! *Passes must be purchased at the park

At Flight Springfield, we’re famous for our intergalactic parties, attractions, and special programs. We’d love for you to blast off with us. First, let’s go over a few simple rules. These are here to keep our adventure park the welcoming venue we all know and love. We ask that all jumpers and observers sign a waiver before coming to play at Flight. The fastest and easiest way to do this is to sign a waiver online— it is available below. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. *Minors under the age of 13 should be accompanied by a responsible adult while at the facility. We can't wait to host your next adventure!
