Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms") govern the text message (SMS/MMS) programs operated by FLIGHT FIT N FUN CHARLESTON LLC, doing business as Flight Adventure Park ("Flight Adventure Park", "we", "us"). By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Text Message Programs
We offer two text message programs:
- Transactional and service messages: booking and purchase confirmations, party and event details, waiver and check-in reminders, membership and account notices, and replies when you text a park.
- Marketing messages: promotions, special offers, new attractions, events, and other news from Flight Adventure Park parks. You will only receive these if you have specifically agreed to receive marketing text messages.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Opting In
You can opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box, for example when booking, signing a waiver, joining a membership, or submitting a sign-up form on our website, or by texting a keyword we publish. We will send you a confirmation message.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
3. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages from that program. We honor opt-out requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days.
Our transactional and marketing programs may use different phone numbers. Replying STOP to a marketing message stops marketing texts; replying STOP to a transactional message stops transactional texts from that number. To be removed from all programs, reply STOP to each or email us at Privacy@FlightAdventurePark.com. To rejoin, reply START.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at Privacy@FlightAdventurePark.com.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
We use service providers, including Twilio and Klaviyo, to send text messages on our behalf. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us operate our text message programs.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to receive messages after an update, you accept the updated Mobile Terms. You can opt out at any time.
